O2 have a very good reputation and especially for when it comes to customer service and technical support. They offer very competitive broadband packages with a range of broadband packages. O2 are known for there mobile phone network, but started their fixed-line ADSL broadband in 2007. Although they have only been selling broadband for a few years they already have more than 400,000 subscribers, including mobile broadband customers) and continues to grow strong.
